We “MPCI Company” acting with full responsibility and authority as a seller, hereby wish to confirm that we are willing and able to transact and supply the commodity under the following terms and conditions for Iranian products, We RWA for sign long term contract:

Subject: 20 to 60 KT Methanol to China: Nov 2018 Shipment, We are pleased to invite you to attend in our deal for 20-30 KT+/-5% Methanol to China with below terms and conditions:

۱٫ Product: Methanol as per Iran’s petrochemical companies Standard specifications
۲٫ Quantity: 20,000.00-60,000.00 MT+/-5% Sellers option

۳ .Price formula: CFR China $345

۴٫ Payment Term: 60% Advance payment by buyer upon receiving the PI by email and the rest of the payment to be burned 15 days after BL date.

For the new customers the prepayment should be minimum 50% and the rest 15 days after BL date and always before break of bulk.

۵٫ Vessel: To be nominated by seller after closing of deal.

Minimum 30 KT cargo on a 84 KT DWT Vessel (MT Queen 1) shall be discharged at one discharge port only and the discharge port shall be deep enough for entering of the full loaded vessel.

Minimum 20 KT cargo on a 48 KT DWT Vessel shall be discharged at one discharge port only and the discharge port shall be deep enough for entering of the full loaded vessel.

Minimum 20 KT cargo on a 36 KT DWT Vessel shall be discharged at one discharge port only and the discharge port shall be deep enough for entering of the full loaded vessel.

Please consider none of our nominated vessel for this deal cannot enter to Zhapu or any other shallow port when fully loaded.

۶٫ Shipment: Next month of contract signed 2018 to only one safe discharge port in South or Mid China. If buyer ask for discharge at North China ports a 4 USD/MT to be charged for the north China call.
۷٫ Third party Inspectors: Cargo to be inspected by sellers nominated third party inspectors and by sellers account. Quality and quantity to be bind base on third party inspection report at the load port only.
۸٫ Demurrage cost at discharge port: To be burned by buyers upon receiving of the sellers (Charterers) invoice within 10 days after demurrage invoice issuing date as per charter party
۹٫ Payment currency: In AED or Euro to a third party account in Dubai to be nominated by Seller
۱۰٫ Payment security: A Bank guarantee with sellers prepared wording.
۱۱٫ Currency exchange rate:

For USD to AED: 3.67

For USD to Euro Base on ECB Published rate for 5 days after BL date

Important note 1: Please note all proposals to be sent to us only within the validity of this SCO. We shall get proposals on an official company email address.

Important note 2: Pleased to inform you to complete our customer database requirements, we need below documents to be duly legalized in the local chamber of commerce and Iran embassy in your country set to us within one week.

۳) Copy of the passport of all those authorized to have access to the Bank account

۴) Copy of managing director’s passport.
