Terms and conditions to receive mandate, common agency and exclusive agency certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n

MCPI is going to assent some agents from people and companies which suitable for its field from different countries to expand the sales of petrochemical and refinery products and attract investors to develop its projects and improving the company.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A. Terms and conditions to accepts applicants which are natural persons or legal entities to receive <\/strong>Mandate<\/strong> Certificate <\/strong>from MPCI<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Resident in countries that are NOT considered as war zones.
\n2. The scan confirmed a lack of political background confirmed by their Embassy
\n3. Complete the Application Form
\n4. Useful work experience in the field of refinery and petrochemical products
\n5. Having a BS degree
\n6. Monopoly of the activities for MPCI Company
\n7.Having three members of the Board of Directors for firms and companie<\/p>\n

8. Pay the cost of correctly figured:
\nThe First Two year: 10 thousand dollars
\nThe first 5 years (after spending 2 years): 20 thousand dollars
\nNote 1: Those subject to a discount of 20%
\nA. \u00a0Holders of at least 20 years experience in the field of petrochemical-refining products
\nB. \u00a0Holders of a master’s degree in fields related to oil industry<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Note 2: Those subject to exemption from payment representing:
\nA. \u00a0Holders of a resume for at least sales of twenty cargoes of more than 10,000 tons.
\nB. \u00a0At least five trade with the introduction of buyers in MPCI Company without get commission
\nC. Persons who have more than 300 thousand dollars capital.
\nD. Holders of at least 20 years experience in embassies.
\nE. \u00a0People active as an employee at different ports of the world with the ability to discharge refinery and petrochemical products<\/p>\n

F. Custom’s officers familiar with fuel road transportation that have at least 20 years experience.<\/p>\n

G. The fuel storage tank-holders in Rotterdam or Russia ports.
\nH. \u00a0Maritime transport companies with at least 20 years experience.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

B. Terms and conditions to accepts applicants which are natural persons or legal entities to receive <\/strong>Common Agency <\/strong>certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Resident in countries that are NOT considered as war zones.
\n2. The belief in divine religions.
\n3. The scan confirmed a lack of political background confirmed by their Embassy
\n4. Completing the Application Form
\n5. Useful work experience in the field of refinery and petrochemical products
\n6. Having a BS degree
\n7. Monopoly of the activities for MPCI Company
\n8-Having three members of the Board of Directors for firms and companies<\/p>\n

9- Having at least $ 500 thousand capital for natural persons and having at least $ 2 Million for legal entities (presenting bank certificate to confirm that at least 50 % of capital is in cash)<\/p>\n

    \nThe first 5 years (after spending 2 years): 50 thousand dollars<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note 1: Those subject to a discount of 20%
    \nA. \u00a0Holders of at least 20 years experience in the field of petrochemical-refining products
    \nB. \u00a0Holders of at least 20 years experience a master’s degree in fields related to oil industry<\/p>\n

    \nD. Holders of at least 20 year’s experience in embassies.

     <\/p>\n

    1. Resident in countries that are NOT considered as war zones.
    \n2. The belief in divine religions.
    \n3. The scan confirmed a lack of political background confirmed by their Embassy
    \n4. Completing the Application Form
    \n5. Useful work experience in the field of refinery and petrochemical products
    \n6. Having a Dr degree
    \n7. Monopoly of the activities for MPCI Company
    \n8-Having three members of the Board of Directors for firms and companies<\/p>\n

    9- Having at least $ 10 million capital for natural persons and having at least $ 25 million for legal entities (presenting bank certificate to confirm that at least 50 % of capital is in cash)<\/p>\n

    1. Pay the cost of correctly figured
      \n2 First year: 100 thousand dollars
      \nThe first 5 years (after spending 2 years): 370 thousand dollars<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note 1: Those subject to a discount of 20%
      \nHolders of at least 25 years experience in the field of petrochemical-refining products
      \n <\/p>\n

      Note 2: Those subject to exemption from payment representing:
      \nA. Holders of a resume for at least sales of 20 cargoes of more than 10,000 tons.
      \nB.\u00a0 At least 5 trades with the introduction of buyers in MPCI Company
      \nC. Persons who have more than 10 million dollars capital.
      \nD. Holders of at least 20 years work experience in embassies.<\/p>\n

      Required Documents :<\/strong>
      \n1- scan image of last degree
      \n2- scan image of the office property
      \n3- Send the application form with headed notepaper of your company via the website
      \n4- A scan confirmed a criminal clearances from the embassy
      \n5- \u00a0Passport scan
      \n6- Sending the resume of sales of petrochemical and refinery products
      \n7- Providing bank cash capital certificate for at least 50 % of the whole capital
      \n8- Scan of cost payment (this paragraph exempts whom that are not held reliable to pay the cost of receiving the agency certificate)<\/p>\n

      Attention:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1- Monopoly Agency for legal entities will be able to start a minor subsidiary office by the permission of MCPI Company and getting the permission from its central office on the condition that the office manager is holding the natural person conditions.<\/p>\n

      2- The provided agency certificate will expire after 2 years, and in case of being successful at the end of this time the contract will be renewed for next 5 years.<\/p>\n

      3- We pay commission to ourselves mandates, common agencies or exclusive agencies only at all contracts.<\/p>\n

      4- Exclusive agency can active at finance and introduce of investors for JV in the filed of oil, gas and energy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
