Seller send SPA to Buyer then Buyer sign SPA and pay advance or send SBLC for the total value of the cargo. A sales and purchase agreement (SPA) is a legal contract that obligates a buyer to buy and a seller to sell a product or service.  

Buyer sign SPA and pay advance or Buyer’s bank swift, Stand-By Letter of Credit (SBLC) MT760 to the nominated seller’s account for the total value of the cargo. Then  Seller confirm advance or SBLC and bank document of buyer.

Buyer’s name take at block-list if see one of the below conditions: 1. defects in the company’s identity documents and lack of cooperation on the elimination of defects 2. Forgery 3. Failure to adhere to obligations 4. Failure to adhere to of business integrity, politeness with our clerks.
