SPECIFICATION As per seller’s guaranteed specification of Crude Oil(Light-Blend-Heavy)
TOTAL QUANTITY 1,000,000 – ۶,۰۰۰,۰۰۰ BBLs
PRICE Net price for each US Barrel of delivered cargo under this contract will be in United States Dollars Per BBL calculated based on the average of settlement prices of Ice Brent Crude Oil Front Month Future (Code: ICLL001) published by S&P Platts in Crude Oil Market Wire on three working days immediately preceding the date of completion of DIP test and the issuance of the DIP test report by the independent inspector (Date of DIP test report = 0). discount of Gross USD ….. per net U.S. barrel shall be applied to the price so calculated. The 3-day average and the quotations shall be furnished by the Seller to the Buyer in the Final Invoice issued.
DELIVERY Within 15 days of receiving the 10% advance payment in the Seller’s bank account
DELIVERY TERMS STS at a mutually agreed location from Iranian flag VLCC
PAYMENT • ۱۰% payment within 15 days of the signing of the agreement
• ۹۰% payment within 12 hours of issuance of the DIP test

DISCHARGE CONFIRMATION BUYER ISSUE 10% WASHABLE BG WHICH IT IS RELEASE WHEN HE DISCHARGE THE CARGO AS PER SPA ( SALE PURCHASE AGREEMENT) AFTER SIGNING THE SPA.
